Job Description
Managed People Solutions is offering internships opportunities to young, unemployed and ambitious TVET students looking for workplace experience. This opportunity is only open to individuals who have completed their TVET college N6 certificate (looking to complete their 28 months workplace experience program to apply for N6 Diploma) in Nelspruit Mpumalanga.
About the Programme: We offering dynamic 18 Months Internship programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge, improve your employability, and work alongside seasoned professionals.
Succesful candidates will be working as Junior Merchandise performing the following duties:
Determine stock to be merchandised
Draw stock requirements
Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
Feedback on customer complaints, quiries and request
Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
Effectively record merchandising activities
Execute calls as per call cycle
Ability to work to deal with diverse customers and cater for their own needs.
Evidence of use of own initiative problem solving ability required.
Must exhibit good time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment.
Neat and presentable
Strong numerical skills
Be a fast learner and always be calm, when dealing with angry customers who might be angry about products that might be out of shelves.
Advise RSM on out-of-stock products
