To deliver a specialist service in the collateral management of grain in a grain depot.

Required Minimum Education/Training and Work Experience: 

Grade 12

Grading and Fumigation certification

5 years grain handling (preferably silo bags and bunkers)

Job Description 

Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of HR-relates tasks, maintaining employee records and delivering excellent customer service to employees and services.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data capture, filing, and record-keeping, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Coordinate employee induction and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Process HR transactions, such as termination and benefits administration, and administer employment agreements and contracts.

Compile and submit HR reports and statutory records, including weekly, monthly and annual reporting periods.

Conduct various HR tasks, provide HR support and guidance to employees and management, support the HR Executive with reports, meetings, and tasks , and manage the HR Executive’s diary.

Requirements: 

Diploma in Human Resources or related field

1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field

Profiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with employees at all levels.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
