Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The End-TO-End Sales consultant is responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties of the role 

Lead Generation & Prospecting source and qualify new leads through outbound calling, digital channels, referrals, and follow-up.

Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.

Conduct initial needs analysis to understand customer requirements.

Sales Presentations & Product demonstrations

Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.

Provide accurate product information and tailor information solutions to individual customer needs.

Handle objections professionally   and confidently.

Closing Sales

Prepare and present proposals or quotation.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.

Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.

Customer onboarding

Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.

Coordinate with internal teams. (Operations, support, finance) for smooth setup.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements.

Post-Sales Support & Relationships Management

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.

Reporting & Adminstration 

Maintain up-to-date CRM records.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Track perfomance against individual and team targets

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

Matric or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years proven experience in full-cycle sales (B2C or B2B)

Call centre environment sales experience in a UK campaign is advantageous

Proven sales development or business development experience.

Ability to work in UK hours
