Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description
Purpose: Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of HR-related tasks, maintaining employee records and delivery excellent customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data capture, filing, record-keeping, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee record.
Assist with recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Coordinate employee induction and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Process HR transaction, such as termination and benefits administration, and administer employment agreements and contracts.
Compile and summit HR reports and statutory records, including weekly, monthly and annual reporting periods.
Conduct various HR tasks, provide HR support and guidance to employees and management, support the HR executive with reports, meetings, and tasks, and manage the HR Executives diary.
Requirements
Matric or equivalent
Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
