Job title: Manager- Sales Used Vehicle

Summary
We are seeking for a highly motivated and experience Manager- Sales Used Vehicle to lead our our used vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record and driving revenue growth within the automotive industry. The Manager- Sales Used Vehicle will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to increase sales, managing inventory, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the used vehicles sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Develop sales strategies to increase to increase market share and drive business growth
Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities
Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote used vehicle inventory
Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively
Provide training and support to team members to improve their skills and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
Proven track records meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid understanding automotive market and industry trends
Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
