Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detailed- oriented Security Systems Technician to support high-security installations across our banking infrastructure projects. This role involves the full deployment and configuration of alarm systems, CCTV surveillance, and network connectivity at banking branches and ATMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to program and troubleshoot intergrated security system.
Key Responsibilities
Install, program, and test alarm systems including sensors, control panels, and remote monitoring components at banking location.
Install and configure CCTV system- including IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and remote access setups-for interior and perimeter surveillance.
Perform full network router setup, including IP configuration, port forwarding, and ensuring secure remote access to system.
Conduct on-site assessment to determine equipment needs and optimal device placement for maximum security coverage.
Terminate and test Ethernet and power cables are required.
Program intergrated system to communicate with central monitoring stations and client control rooms.
Required Skills & Experience
Alarm Systems: Full-cycle knowledge from installation to programming (experience with brands like DSC, Paradox, or Telexcom preffered).
CCTV System: Proficient in installing and configuring analog and IP-based surveillance systems, including remote viewing setup.
Networking: Strong understanding of router installation, static IP configuration, and port forwarding for remote system access.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, floor plans, and security schematics.
Familiarity with UPS systems and structured cabling is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various branch location.
Excellent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills under time pressure.
