Job Description

Branch Administrator – KZN

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, pays attention  to detail, and eager to grow within a supportive environment.

The position will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to assist in the administrative, Financial, and managerial responsibilities of the allocated branch and Ops managers.

Key performance areas: Not totally inclusive)

Provide Adminitrative support to management and staff

Handle filing, data entry  and general office correspondence.

Assist with scheduling meeting, travel arrangements and office coordination.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Support HR and finances teams with basic Adminitrative tasks.

Ensure the office environment remains tidy, proffesional, and well organised.

Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are timeously done.

Ensure payroll and salary concerns are handled accurately.

Qualifications, Experience & other Competencies

Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant certificate or diploma will be advantageous) 

 Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience preferred. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Ability to liaise proffesionally with personnel at all levels.

Must be able to work under pressure / overtime as an when required.
