Job Description
MOTUS MULTIFRANCHISE ZAMBEZI has and opportunity available for a SUPERVISOR: FOREMAN.
Position Overview
Responsible to assess/ diagnose and repair vehicle faults and conduct services and maintenance to vehicles according to prescribed OEM standards.
Deliver high quality technical expertise to satisfy customers and honour organisation service delivery values, and to do so efficiently and productively.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure an optimally productive and efficient team.
Ensure quality workmanship delivered to customers
Communicate technical information, challenges and decision to customers.
Development of employees and ensure required certification is in for the specific task.
Responsible for Health and Safety.
Admin functions- Check job cards etc.
Manage workshop assets
Plan and Gear workshop team according to available hours daily.
Assist technicians with diagnostic problems.
Test drive vehicles.
Supervise technical staff.
Oversee teamwork between Services, Booking clerks and Technicians.
Maintenance on hand tool.
Quality workmanship is rendered by technicians.
Manage apprentices.
Oversee correctness of job cards, clocking hours etc.
Manage work in progress.

Required Skills:

Brand alignment.
Proffesional and technical expertise in vehicle service and repair maintenance qualified as Automotive Technician is a minimum requirement. 3 + years experience as a foreman- high desired.
Valid, unendorsed drive’s licence
