Supervisor – Cross
Cross Thavhani Mall is looking for store Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Opening & closing procedures
Cash ups & banking
Housekeeping ( FOH & BOH)
PI & Cycle counts
Stick replenishment
Dispatch & receipt of stock
POS control
General staff control ( time management, shop duties, shift control)
Customers quiries
Daily taken sheet updates
Employee motivation
Assisting Store management in daily store managing

Requirements:
Grade 12 or Equivalent
6 months customer services experience
Crocs product knowledge advantageous
Able to work flexible shifts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ensure all compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times,setting a positive example for the team
