Job Description
A Unit Manager position is vacant at Sun City, reporting to the Site Manage, the overall purpose of this position is to ensure the posting of Security Officers, that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met all times.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Service Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
Constantly evaluating the services levels provided and making recommendations to the clients regarding the improvement of services.
Ensuring security staff maintains required perfomance at all times.
Dealing with all required Adminitration matters
Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.
Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports are required by management.
Qualifications, experience and other competencies are required:
Matric certificate and should Psira Grade A registered and accredited
Atleast 5 years experience in the security industry
People management experience
Computer literacy on Microsoft programs
Own transport and and valid driver’s licence is required
Must be prepared to work extended hours,
Strong planning, leadership and organisational skills as well as good Interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Crucial- Must have experience in Casino and Hospitality security management
