Job Title: Sales Executive – Used Vehicles
Location: Hyundai Paarl
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Sales Manager Dealer Principal
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result- oriented individual to join our our team as a Sales Executive for our used Vehicles department. The sales Executive will be responsible for selling a range of used Vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
This role requires a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain and strong understanding of our inventory of used vehicles
Proactive reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads
Conduct text drives with customers and demonstrate vehicle features
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions are completed accurately and in timely manner
Provide exceptional Customer mer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
Proven track record on sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of used vehicles including, makes models and features
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
Valid sales licence or certification plus
